Our menu is not a static item. It is a limited edition collection of flavors, changing every season. We only use ingredients that are fresh every moment, sourcing them from trusted producers after sampling and tasting everything ourselves. We draw our inspiration from the vast culinary tradition of the Mediterranean, often bringing in the foreground traditional recipes that bear our own twist. Our Chef

Nicolas Pelegrinis is the heart and soul of our bistrot. Nicolas spent over a decade traveling extensively in France, collaborating with some of the leading restaurants in contemporary French cuisine and exploring the intricacies and practices of what is known as “nouvelle cuisine”. Creative and inventive, he returned to Mykonos and established the Bistrot de Nicolas. A lifelong dream, the bistrot would become a place for experimentation and creativity, a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.

As the seasons change, so does our menu. The earthy flavors of October are different in feel and texture than the aromas of May, or the light zest of August. We are adamant about using ingredients that are fresh each time. Hand-picked, sourced locally and of the finest quality. We collaborate exclusively with trusted providers and we often create pop-up dishes based on an exquisite ingredient that comes our way. After all, we draw our inspiration from our environment and the endless array of fragrant raw materials that is the Mykonian landscape.
